Drew Dippolito is the founder of Active Leadership LLC - provider of educational products and consulting services focused on the acquisition, development and retention of talent. The Management Feedback System is our flagship product.

Drew has over 30 years of experience working with executives in organizations including Fortune 500 corporations, government and non-profit organizations. Prior to founding Active Leadership LLC, Drew was Vice President of Human Resources at Deutsche Post DHL, the leading global logistics provider and one of the largest 15 employers in the world.

Drew has an MBA from the University of Michigan in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Relations and an undergraduate degree in Government from Georgetown University.

As President of Active Leadership, LLC, Drew splits his time between his executive responsibilities, writing, speaking, and consulting to CEOs and other leaders. Drew is an avid reader of business-related literature and a youth basketball coach. He lives in the New York City area with his wife, Michele, and their two teenage children.

Stephen P. Ryden is a management consultant and innovator largely responsible for the creation of the internet-based, manager-led Management Feedback System. As Principal of Your Success Matters, Steve has several decades of successful independent consulting experience. His areas of expertise include Leadership Coaching, Management Development, Career Development and Change Management. Steve holds a Masters degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Rutgers University where he also served as an adjunct faculty member. A professional jazz musician as well, Steve is semi-retired and lives with his wife, Louise, in the Hilton Head, SC area.

Dr. J. Miguel Bernal was a pioneer in applied behavioral science. An MIT Sloan School of Management Fellow, Dr. Bernal was the visionary behind the Management Feedback System concept. Many of the expert interpretations and recommendations are based on his original work.

Kenneth L. Sperling contributed greatly to the development and authorship of the Management Feedback System. A management consultant with undergraduate and graduate psychology degrees from Williams College and New York University respecitively, Ken served for 15 years as the Corporate Director of Organization and Career Development at Warner Lambert.
